Strawberry cake gets shortcuts taken with it more than almost any other cake.
So we don't take them. Real strawberries, not just flavoring. The pink in this cake comes from fruit, not from looking like a stunt. Tender crumb, strawberry cream cheese frosting that's bright without being too sweet.
Hand-frosted, every cake. The way the goddesses on my block would have done it.
This cake was moist and delicious! I would definitely buy it again and recommend it to others for purchase.
